Great place to shop in Sapporo. It has everything here. It's fun to just come and window shop. I particularly enjoyed the toy floor because for foreign visitors it's just like a museum!

Everything is very affordable here as oppose to other shopping areas. For example, things in the department store next building down is too pricey for an average traveler.

As with many places in Japan, some employees here are not so great at English, but it shouldn't deter you from shopping here.

One challenge I faced with shopping for duty free here is if you have multiple orders and want to include the subsequent purchase as part of the total to avoid paying taxes for foreign travelers, they have to cancel the previous orders and then add the subsequent orders into one gigantic order. So be sure to have everything you want in ONE single order if you want a smoother transaction on tax free purchases.

Went to sign up for a sim card after being shafted with my prior company (ordered online and had shipped to me during quarantine. The sim refused to work, had to eat the sign up costs).

They have sims on had to test which one you have and if it is comparable, and the girl I had answered all my questions the best she could given the language barrier (I don't speak japanese).

She even helped me with questions about internet in my apartment (something they don't sell/offer), but went to ask over a dozen co-workers for advice/tips from around the area (and even other business stalls not related to Bic) to give me some advice.

Great place to buy all electronic and electronic related products from contract iPhones, Samsung's , Sims, cameras, laptop refrigerators, washing machines, etc. Most of the prices are in good range Japanese standard. Most if not all of the electronics have Japanese manuals and instructions, for instance the laptops have Japanese version of the windows os installed. The staff are friendly but they all speak very little English thought and use language translators which could be cumbersome.
