Kiyomizuyama Park — Attraction in Shizuoka

Great park. Has a manmade waterfall and some temples inside a forested area, you'll almost forget you're in the smack dab middle of the city. Has bathrooms and taps. There's a cute deck on top of the waterfall. The path on top is a fairly easy hike all the way to Gokoku Shrine (about an hour). They have fireworks here in early summer.

Careful if you deciee to do the trail, there are snakes and wasps although they're not hostile or anything, just something to take into consideration if you're dead...
