4.5 stars Transport: 1) by car (carparks), 2) by bus hourly. Venue : 1/F, 9 am-5 pm: souvenir shop, taiyaki stall, toilets. I did buy some Shizuoka tea for souvenirs. Resonable prices. 2/F, 10am- 2pm: Japanese restaurant (& Café). Spacious causal dining. Better view for Mt Fuji. There are external stairs for visitors climbing up to the balcony on 2/F. --- 7.7/10

Service: We came at 11:30. No other customers. Staff members were busy preparing lunch sets for large tour groups. But, no lunch for us. Only sweets & drink sets were available. To be seated, then warm tea soon. English menu with food photos was available. Take orders at the table. Food served fast. One young waitress was very enthusiastic and always smiled. She worn taiyaki pops on her head when the taiyaki set was served. She even took the initiative to take photos for us with Mt Fuji background on the balcony. Paid at the front desk before leaving. We felt welcome because of her --- 8.5/10 F&B: Simple menu. Good presentation. Resonable prices. Normal portion. I wanted to try lunch sets, but unavailable. A bit disappointed.
