A Tokyo Treasure: Unmatched Luxury and Service at ANA InterContinental Hotel

Our recent three-week stay at the ANA InterContinental Hotel in Tokyo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our experience was truly magnificent.

The opulence of the lobby and restaurants is breathtaking, setting a luxurious tone that is carried throughout the entire hotel. The rooms are beautifully modern, renovated with chic decor, and equipped with top-notch amenities. Every aspect of our stay was designed to perfection, from the luxurious pool, spa, and fitness rooms, all meticulously clean and inviting.

The quality of the food is extraordinary, offering something for everyone to enjoy. The Japanese sushi is comparable to some of the finest sushi restaurants, while the western options are equally incredible. Breakfast and afternoon tea are experiences not to be missed, with the Club Lounge offering beautifully polished and elegant design. The Steakhouse, Cascade, and Atrium restaurants also provide delicious options, along with amazing cocktails and wine selections.

The concierge, housekeeping, and dining staff were nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness ensured that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Despite our numerous requests and calls, especially with three young children in tow, the staff always remained accommodating, friendly, and eager to assist.

Special thanks to Mori-san, the Hospitality Manager, who was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs, going above and beyond for us. Midori-san and Kiomi-san also deserve recognition for assisting us with online reservations, making the process smooth and worry-free.

The housekeeping staff was instrumental in making our extended stay comfortable. They kept our suite tidy and ensured we had everything we needed each day. Every evening, they provided turn-down services with amazing attention to detail, leaving us with clean rooms, made beds, slippers by the bed, and chocolates for the children, which they eagerly anticipated.

A special mention goes to the impeccable service in the Club Lounge. Yasuyo Shimada, the supervisor, was a delight to interact with every morning during breakfast. She, along with her outstanding team, ensured that my children and I were well taken care of. The amazing Chefs were always kind and smiling with my children and I. The consistency in service, food quality, and presentation was unparalleled. Yasuyo's dedication to excellence is evident in every detail, making our mornings a joy.

Having traveled extensively and stayed in 5 and 7-star hotels around the world, including Paris, Egypt, Germany, and Miami, I can confidently say that the ANA InterContinental Tokyo stands out as the best. The views from our room were stunning, the facilities spacious and immaculate, and the overall experience was nothing short of a 10-star rating. The hotel rivals the Ritz in its nearly perfect execution of luxury and comfort.
