I had a fantastic visit to the Japan Airlines Sky Museum. It is literally around the corner from the Shin-Seibijo monorail station (be sure to take only local trains if using the monorail to get here as some express trains don’t stop there!). I was able to enter 30 minutes before the official tour start time which was ideal as it allowed me to enjoy looking around the interesting museum. This enhanced my tour a lot and made for a wonderful experience so thank you very much Tanaka-san! I should add that I paid extra for a life vest wearing experience. This took around 25 minutes and took place before the main hanger tour. I would highly recommend this as it was very interesting to wear a life vest and actually have a chance to inflate it for real. It made me feel much more confident if I ever had to use one on an aircraft. Overall a fantastic tour and a very...
