Nishi-gotanda Park — Attraction in Tokyo

While i was living in Gotanda I was looking for a good spot to make a traning session. Nishi-gotanda Park is the perfect spot for us calisthenics fans. It has the training rig which can be seen on the Photo. So you can do pull ups and chin ups but also dips. If you can do those exercises you are set for your training session.

There is a toilet near. Water source although I didn't try it. The park is also a children playground. You have swings and a big labyrinth.

The only con is that next to the park is a temple with a very small river. I was training in the end of june and the mosquitos were biting. There is nothing as hard as doing a 50sec planc while fighting those nasty bugs.

Overall great free alternative...

Good place. But hard to see from outside. Went there at late afternoon. Just beside the park there is a Shrine. Feels like...

散歩マンガの『ぐるぐるてくてく』を読んでたら西五反田に迷路になってるジャングルジムがあると載っていたので、五反田には、よく足を運ぶので散歩がてらにのぞきに行ってみました。 公園は３断層になっていて下から、スポーツができるコートとブランコなど 中層には迷路がたジャングルジム。 そして上には神社。 神社で軽くお祈りしてから、メインディシュのジャングルジムへ。大人がはいるのには狭いなと思いつつも早朝なので、こっそりと侵入、頭をぶつけつつ、子供の頃発見したら大興奮やろなーと黄昏ながらジムの中で一息。 あと面白い形した懸垂器？ありました。

隠れ家的な公園なのかな感じながら 満足感をかか...
