It’s big but doesn’t have basic things that you’ll need. The pipes and fitting corner is located on B1 and very few items are available so it’s difficult to find what you want and even alternative isn’t available!

A year ago I called to make an enquiry about a mattress. A part timer answered the phone but she has no knowledge of the product at all. I asked for her seniors she said they didn't want to take the call. That's how bad the service was!

They have a large food court (!) and furniture on the other floors, although I've never browsed around up there.
