A few things to note. You want to go to the Sky room cafe and bar. It's no longer free. There's a notice that tells you this before you enter. It was recently free to the public. Now, you have to pay what is called a service charge and you also have to make a purchase - one drink minimum. You have to start at the 34th floor to enter. We didn't have to wait long. The service charge is more like an entrance fee of 500 yen. I was okay to pay this. I also bought a drink which wasn't exorbitant or anything. The total bill for 'service charge' for two with one coffee and one gin and tonic was 2500 yen. It was a rainy day. It wasn't super busy. The views were nice and Tokyo tower 🗼 still very visible. Basically, go to the first floor where you’ll find a bunch of shops. Locate the long hallway behind the automated glass doors. It looks like an office building where you have no business being. Ignore that. The hallway with the elevators going to 33/34 is located next to the Deutsche Bank entrance.
There’s an entry fee of 500 yen and you have to purchase a drink as well. I got a coffee for 800 yen. You pay at the cafe when arriving at...
