It’s geared to children, but the content and presentation is more than suitable for adults as well. Amusing and amazing for parents and kids. Free of charge educational indoor playground and theatre. 3 short films easily explained the water cycle and how the sewage system keep the canals and Tokyo Bay clean. Interesting building shape, with a 'Waste to Energy Plant' (usually open once a month with prior booking, please visit Sumida Incinerator near Tokyo Skytree instead) next door which uses the remaining heat for the swimming pool.
