ニルワナム 有明店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

Went for Lunch Buffet. Paid 1200Yen.

Starters- Dahi vada, Medu vada, Sambhar, Chutney. 1 star for starters as the taste was good.

Main Course- Nan, Malabar seafood curry, Chicken curry, Dragon Chicken.

Dessert- Sabudana payasam.

I couldn’t eat the main course. Taste was bland, unpleasant . There were no spices, no flavor. I knew that they used frozen chicken to cook, but how could the food preparation be so bad. Dessert was bad equally.

Nirvanam is no longer a good restaurant. This is my second consecutive bad experience. Previous was at Toranomon store.

It was cheap buffet, but felt cheated at the end. I will stop going to Nirvanam and share experience...

Ordered food on Uber eats. The delivery was on time and food was delicious.. specially the biriyani and dosa. wish the quantities were little bit bigger.

Update : ordered once again through Uber eats and rider cancelled our order worth of 15000 jpy just before two minutes to delivery. We got panicked and spoke to the restaurant without knowing what to do first, thanks to them we could contact uber eats lodge our claim. Restaurant staff ( Mr. Rizwan) was very helpful in every way. We had a very hungry minors among the group and they were good enough to arrange us another order so promptly.. egg roast, Wada, mutton biriyani are must haves if you are ordering...

I never thought I would write a review about this restaurant. Even though Nirvanam restaurants are known for their delicious South Indian food, they serve one of the worst possible food in this branch. Please note that this review is specific to their Ariake branch. Their well known vada was tasting sour, Poori was so thick but we could manage to eat them. Even the mango lassi was bad. Service was very poor, never refilled even the drinking water. It was total waste of money. While I visit their Kamiyacho branch often which has set a great standards for their brand name, this branch is on a race to...
