The entire park is an excellent spot to get great views of the river and neighborhood. Free to visit, and open 24/7 without any obstacles. It's a great place to go to on a sunny clear day. Despite being public and right over the water, it's also very clean and well maintained. No rusting, nor any other environmental damages on the rails and boardwalk.
