This place sucks is probably the best way i can put it. I am from California and the best analogy for this place is "rep Santa Cruz boardwalk". There is no entrance fee, and you pay for each ride/attractions on a usage basis, or you can buy an all day pass that gives you unlimited access. There is a kids section across the water that I did not goto.

The number of rides/attactions are very limited and they aren't very good. My pre-teen daugher (11) only find one of the rollercoaster interesting as the other big roller coaster was out of commission. We waited nearly 1 hour for this ride and it wasn't good enough for us to stand in line for another hour.

If you have never been to Yokohama and this area, it's definitely worth a visit just to see what it is like. However, this is nothing that I think has any return visit quality to it.
