I wasted 500 shillings here. My taro milk tea had a strange unpleasant taste. I've had this flavor milk tea many times so I know how it should taste. Maybe it's the powder creamer they use instead of milk or something else but it was bad. When I told the lady working there she contacted the owner to see what she could do for me and the owner told her they couldn't do anything because I has already sipped the drink. Another bad customer service experience in Nairobi where many businesses owners care more about a few hundred shillings than returning customers and standing by...
