Memorial Eternal Flame * Вечный Огонь — Attraction in Bishkek City

The central area is filled with a Victory Monument. It was once the site of the main Bishkek Market. The square features a statue of a woman, waiting for her husband to return home from the war. The depicted women is standing under a tynduk in the form of a funeral wreath held by three ribs of red granite representing a yurt.

Памятник Победы находится на площади Победы в городе Бишкек.Архитектурно-скульптурная композиция, посвященная победе в Великой Отечественной Войне, была установлена в столице Кыргызстана в 1985 году. Авторы мемориала изобразили символ победы, как три изогнутых дуги над вечным огнем, символизирующие юрту. Под ее тундуком, у вечного огня расположена скульптура женщины-матери, держащей в поднятых руках чашу.
