The Host Indian Restaurant in Bishkek is a delightful destination for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine in Kyrgyzstan. Located in a convenient part of the city, it offers a warm, welcoming ambiance that perfectly complements its rich and flavorful dishes. Ambiance: The restaurant boasts a simple yet elegant décor, with traditional Indian elements subtly integrated into a modern setting. The lighting is soft, creating a comfortable environment for both casual dining and special occasions. The seating is spacious and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is commendable. Service: The staff at The Host are friendly and attentive. They have a good understanding of the menu, and their recommendations often hit the mark. Service is efficient without being rushed, making the dining experience relaxed and enjoyable. Food: The true highlight of The Host is the food. From fragrant biryanis to creamy curries, the flavors are authentic and reminiscent of true Indian cuisine. The menu offers a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The chicken tikka masala and butter naan come highly recommended, with the perfect balance of spices and richness. Portions are generous, and the presentation is appetizing. The restaurant also caters to different spice levels, so both those who enjoy milder dishes and spice enthusiasts will find something to enjoy. Price: For the quality and portion sizes, The Host offers reasonably priced meals. It’s a great value, especially for those looking to experience a genuine taste of India without leaving Bishkek. Overall Experience: The Host Indian Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in Bishkek who appreciates good Indian food. Whether you're a local looking to try something new or a traveler missing the flavors of home, this restaurant delivers on every front. We ordered butter chicken, malai kofta, chilli garlic noodle and left the whole food as we found cockroach on our plate, we do not know which dish had it because we took small portions of it on our plates and when we complained to the manager she said its normal, are you really making people eat Insects in your restaurant and how can this be normal at all!!!!!! Complete dissapointment!!!! Rude managers are not at all acceptable in any place.

Really good food, probably the best Indian in Bishkek, full of flavour. We ordered papdi chaat, a paneer dish and a Cauliflower and potato dish (this was delicious). Order a chapati and a garlic naan, the naan wasn't really a naan. Bit more pricey but including 15% service charge this still only cost around £10 for 2 people so arguably still good value

A Culinary Gem with Authentic Indian Flavors in Bishkek!

"Host, Bishkek" truly exceeded my expectations and has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots in the city!

First off, the location is incredibly approachable and convenient, making it easy to find and access. Being right next to a bus stop is a huge plus, especially for those relying on public transport – it couldn't be more convenient.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly humble and professional, always greeting you with a warm smile and ensuring your dining experience is top-notch. Their attentiveness without being intrusive really makes a difference.

The menu offers a lots of variety of options, catering to diverse tastes, but the real highlight for me was experiencing genuine Indian taste in Bishkek. It's often hard to find authentic flavors abroad, but Host absolutely nails it. Every dish I tried was packed with rich, aromatic spices and prepared to perfection, reminding me of the best Indian cuisine back home.

If you're planning for lunch or a buffet, I highly recommend trying their unlimited 349 package. It's an incredible value for the sheer quantity and quality of food you get. You can sample a wide array of their delicious offerings without holding back.

Whether you're craving authentic Indian food, looking for a place with great service, or just want a convenient and satisfying meal, "Host, Bishkek" is the place to be. Highly, highly...

While visiting Bishkek, we were very excited to find another Indian restaurant. But our experience was really horrible. Ambience is decent but lighting is quite dull, furniture seems quite old and run down. We ordered Dal Tadka, Paneer Tikka Labbabdar and onion salad. After waiting for 45-50 mins they finally got only roti and dal and said paneer is out of stock. When we asked why they did not inform earlier and waited 45-50 mins, they just made faces and ignored us. We then requested for pindi chole and waited for another 10 mins till our rotis got cold to have dinner. Had to ask 4-5 times for onion salad. The servers and owner are very rude, they don’t attend to customers, you keep calling them, they just make faces and pretend you are not there and just ignore. Literally waited 10-15 for the bill. And only got when my friend went to the owner and demanded the bill to pay or otherwise we leave.

Food was decent but the overall experience was quite bad. This place not at all recommended.

P.S. there is another Indian restaurant Gandhi which is very good, they treat customers very well. Gandhi is highly...
