Such a unique experience — it had all kinds of ghosts inside! As soon as you enter, you’ll encounter Malay ghosts, followed by Chinese ghosts and Egyptian ghosts. Go up one floor and you’ll run into Western ghosts, with staff there to help take your photos, which you can purchase before leaving. Go up another floor and it turns into a Resident Evil-style scene — more gory and intense. The next floor down features Japanese ghosts, which are cuter and more suitable for children. After that, you’ll reach the gift shop, where you can buy some themed merchandise and the photos taken earlier. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and takes just over half an hour to complete.

Interesting place with a very interesting concept. Must really praise them for their creativity for coming up with something like that. The props and the figurines looked real and intimidating. The family actually finished the entire tour within 15-20 minutes. Price wise, slightly on the high side. There was a photographer that will help to take some pictures for you or the family, but would need to pay for the photos but they were not hard selling. Personally I liked the Chinese vampires part which I took some pictures with. Maybe of your kids are too young, can be daunting to see the figurines.

Very fun to spot familiar supernature figure you've seen on TV shows, and learning the story of it. It's a non-jumpscare museum, not a haunted house, but the ambience is creepy enough. Recommended for people who like to take photos and cosplaying. P.s: not gonna share to many photos to prevent spoiler. Do explore it yourself/with your group to experience the fun!✌🏼

Non Malaysian - Weekday = RM21.00 Non Malaysian - Weekend = RM23.00

I truly enjoyed my time here. Its a Small Shophouse and Airconditioned. Restrooms are available within the Place. Staffs are Very Friendly and Enthusiastic. I understand this place has been around for at least 9 years already.

There are 3 Levels of Static Displays with some Explainations of the Types of Ghosts from Different Cultures. Note: The Topmost Level (Zombie Attack Level) is only accessible via a Staircase from the (Pirate Ghosts Section) so don't miss it when you're there. Although obviously Fake Blood and Fake Dismemberments are shown, some of them can look Very Graphic and Scary and may not be suitable for Children who are Too Young.

There are No Real Life Jump Scares although you can request for it. There are however some TV Monitors designed like Picture Frames that will show some Video Jump Scares.

This place is obviously Touristy and some people may feel the Mannequins look Fake but I personally appreciate the effort done. It looks like they put in alot of thought in the Designs. Even the Restrooms have a Horror Theme. There is also a small Gift Shop that sells Cute Horror Themed Souvenirs.

What I enjoyed MOST are the Free Costumes and Accessories at every section for you to wear to take photos with. They even have Photo Suggestions on how to best take Photos with the Mannequins in the Sections. I appreciate that there will be a Staff walking around who will help you take photos for free.

I especially enjoyed the Chinese Vampire section because of Fond Memories of 1980s Hong Kong Vampire Films! So Adorable to dress up as the Taoist Master or Hopping Vampire! Cosplayers will LOVE this Place!

It took me about 1 Hour to slowly explore and visit everything, try out the Costumes and take photos. There are No Time Limit, you can enjoy as long as you want until Closing Time 7.00pm.

Is it worth the Money? As a Non-Malaysian, I came here on a Weekday and paid RM21.00 (S$6.40)

If you are the below type of people, you will not enjoy this:

  1. People who must Absolutely Get 100% their Money's Worth.
  2. People who have a "Aiyah, so Boliao and Fake" mentality.
  3. People who are shy to wear the Costumes because Boliao or paiseh scare other people see and laugh at them.

This is really meant for Children and Adults who don't mind reconnect with Childhood 童年 feel and having some Dumb Silly Fun while on a Holiday. Really for People who just want to shut their brain off from Real Life and just pretend to be a Kid again. So I feel paying S$6.40 is worth it for me. I certainly had loads of fun Cosplaying as the Classic 1980s Horror Movie Styled 一眉道长 and 僵尸先生!

The Staffs here were another Main Factor that contributed to my enjoyment. After my Tour, I enjoyed chit-chatting with them about this place and of course about Good Foods in Penang! Very Fun and Friendly Folks here.

Protip: I don't recall their Gift Shop selling any Plastic Toy Fangs, so I highly recommend you buy a Pair of Toy Fangs before you visit here especially if you want to Cosplay as a Chinese Hopping Vampire 僵尸先生 or...

Enjoyed this place a great deal! There was several sets, all of which are divided into several horror cultures from different countries (Malay, Chinese, Egypt, Western & so forth) The props, the mannequins, the set designs were so detailed & lifelike, so much so that it was terrifying be in there by myself! I ran back out to reception coz I was ready to piss myself & I just stepped into the first set. And I say this as a huge horror fan. Thankfully, one of the lovely museum coordinator girls who goes by the name El saw that I was alone & volunteered to accompanied me & even acted as tour guide, giving brief explanations of what each horror creatures/ entity’s background were. There were some that were recreations of popular horror movie icons like Ju-On & Dracula which were quite fun. When I was there, they had a set exhibition entitled Zombies which were inspired by Silent Hill the video game & other popular zombie-related series. Not sure if it’s a limited-time/ seasonal exhibit but it was really fantastic & one of the highlights at the museum.

If you have not been to a horror/ haunted museum before then I highly recommend checking this place out! It’s one of the more unique horror-themed display exhibits I’ve been before & I don’t think I’ve seen one quite like this before in other countries. The people there are super friendly; they even helped to take a few photos for me as well. You will have a great time at this place but just remember to go with friends coz it’s def more fun with...

Worth to take lots of photos and dress up as a ghost 👻

3 storeys with plenty of rooms with different themes! My favourite woul be the Japanese ghosts area where you can meet Ju-On! 3 of them to be exact hehe and you can put on yukata. In the jiangshi segment, put on jiangshi costumes and strike a pose with your other chinese zombie friends!

The staff here are very friendly and nice. One of them suggested a lot of poses for us and helped us take photos! Another jumpscared us when we went up to the 2nd floor hehe.

Other rooms are also pretty cool, like the zombie apocalypse one with the mortuary doors open reminded me of the horror game "The Mortuary Assistant". The vampire room with the changing portraits of vampires are also fun for little kids! I feel that the egyptian room is a little lacklustre, and we needed help putting on the 4 piece pharaoh costume lol.

A little educational with their plaques on what kind of ghosts there are, though the English is a little broken haha. Nonetheless!

At the end is their merchandise shop which is quite cool but thats...
