It’s been a few years since I last visited. The food isn’t bad, but it’s not great either.
We were asked to place our order at the counter, but 15 minutes later, a staff member came to our table and said they had forgotten our order and asked us to repeat it. This wasn’t a big deal, as the restaurant was packed, and I could understand. However, some of the dishes we ordered never arrived. When it was time to settle the bill, I pointed this out to them, and they looked completely confused. Fortunately, I have a habit of taking photos of every dish I order, so they agreed to recalculate the bill—but their attitude was extremely impatient.
Initially, the total was RM81, but since we didn’t receive two dishes—pork intestines and pig ears—they recalculated the amount to RM77. The lady at the counter gave me RM100 in change and told me to pay her directly. Out of curiosity, I asked her about the prices, and her response was, “We don’t have those,” in a very unwilling tone. Later, a man came over with a calculator and hastily calculated the total for one plate, clearly just trying to brush me off.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, I spoke politely, but somehow, I was treated as if I was being unreasonable for asking questions.
I’m not expecting exceptional service, but at the very least, it shouldn’t be this poor. It’s obvious that they’ve stopped caring about quality now that they have a steady stream of customers, which is truly...

I followed a youtuber's recommendation to here and is not disappointed.
I ordered a Kuey Teow Tn'ng(7.5rm) and Duck Intestine (2rm), also a iced tea without sugar(2.2rm)
The Kuey Teow Tn'ng is delicious and with many ingredients, soup base is sweet and delicate, potion size is ok for breakfast but you may want to order something else for lunch.
Duck Intestine is a highlight as per recommendation of that youtuber, it is crispy and without any strange odors. I love the texture of duck Intestines, and this seems to be the few places in Penang where you can find it.
Tea is good too, I specifically asked the removal of sugar so I can taste the tea...

I had a generous bowl of its Duck Meat Koay Teow Th'ng, which came standard with duck meat, offal, and fish balls. The broth was a bit on the sweet side.
There were assorted side dishes, and I observed the popular choices were duck feet, duck intestines, and braised delicacies such as braised beancurd and pig intestines. Porridge and "Koay Jiap" were not available during my time of visit.
The uncle preparing the dishes was efficient and friendly. Some helpers may be new and lack promptness.
