Read moreWe were recommended to visit this place by a friendly lady who works at a biscuits shop. My mom is so thrilled to visit this large traditional market place, located near SMK Jelutong. The street vendors welcome you with various things to offer from fruits, veggies, beautiful fresh flowers, biscuits, peanuts, herbs, freshly baked bread and many more. They also have a wet market selling meat, chicken, etc. While we were strolling the street, we could easily find many cafes selling breakfast, kopi O or kopitiam, roti kaya, porridge, wantan mee and many more local delicacies. We found this food stall where an uncle selling tasty Ban Zhang Kuih, perhaps similar to terang bulan or martabak manis in Indonesia or crepes.
