We arrive at Mixue Eco Botanic outlet just now at 10:55am. But the staff rudely told us that they haven't open yet and opens at 11am. We could have waited for 5 more minutes but he didnt even look at us and does not even say sorry and just mentioned that the store opens at 11. If didnt open yet, could have locked the door first to prevent customer walked in or as soon as we opened the door could have told us that they're sorry and that they only take orders at 11 am..dissapointed by this behavior because it is still in the morning, he shouldnt let his bad mood affecting...

Went to this outlet quite late, but luckily they close late, super convenient! I was craving the melon drink series, which honestly never disappoints. I’ve bought it many times already, and it’s always so refreshing and tasty. Really hoping they bring this melon series back soon!
