During my visit, I encountered an employee of Chinese descent who was the only such staff member at the counter. Unfortunately, this individual was extremely rude and displayed a poor attitude in their interactions. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
I believe that good customer service is essential in maintaining your company's reputation, and this experience fell far short of expectations. I kindly ask that you address this issue to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

Read moreOmg...When I order the drinks using the drinks code like A5 or A10 something like that...The front desk/cashier crew asking me must to speak out the drinks name then just can order, she said I cannot order using by code number...Then why they still need to print out the drinks code inside the menu?!?!
