During my visit, I encountered an employee of Chinese descent who was the only such staff member at the counter. Unfortunately, this individual was extremely rude and displayed a poor attitude in their interactions. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.

I believe that good customer service is essential in maintaining your company's reputation, and this experience fell far short of expectations. I kindly ask that you address this issue to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

If i can put ZERO STAR i would !!! Fckin bad service. It said open 12pm - 12am, i came around 11am to take away. When she saw us, this girl switch off the ice cream machine right in front of us before turning toward us and “serve” (that time, the store is empty with no customer except for one of her “friend” accompanying) . when we ordered something that required the ice cream, she said the ice cream already sold out with very rude tone and attitude 🙃 coincidence ? Omg...When I order the drinks using the drinks code like A5 or A10 something like that...The front desk/cashier crew asking me must to speak out the drinks name then just can order, she said I cannot order using by code number...Then why they still need to print out the drinks code inside the menu?!?! Then how about if I really cannot say out the English drinks name then means I cannot buy the drinks?? Feeling very bad on customer service experience. I will not come to this branch again...Others Mixue shop was good except...
