initially had a bad experience with them cause when i took my kid for the 1st time there, half of it was closed for cleaning but they still wanted me to pay the full price of $38 for 3 hrs!!! ridiculous n absurd....they should only charge half price or something less than the full price if we cant access the entire playground or else clean it outside of opening hours. the receptionist there only spoke mandarin, very lil english or malay so was difficult to communicate with her. she told me to come back at 4pm(i had come at 12pm) but i wasn't going to battle another 2 hrs of traffic to come back so i asked & rang to make sure no other cleaning was being done the next day. andrew who was on the next day could speak good english & was very helpful. he made up for the bad experience i had yesterday by giving me a voucher for our next visit but unfortunately we r from australia n it was our last day in jb yesterday. we had a great time there though....lots of varied n cool activities/stuff for the kids to do incl an interactive multimedia room for the kids to colour & have their pictures come alive on the walls, as well as a water play area which they also provide free raincoats for the kids to wear!! so awesome!!! so the time passed really quickly. n most of the stuff were new & in working order except for some of the water play pumps n air ball funnels which weren't blowing strong enough wind to force the balls up. its very clean, organised and neat...which sometimes is a bad thing esp in a kids playground!! My kid n I had built this cool castle from the blocks there n the moment we left it for a few mins their multitude of efficient staff came n dismantled it n I didn't have the energy or heart to rebuild it. Plus all the other kids there were afraid to play with the blocks cause they were so neatly n tightly stacked n there's always a staff closely guarding it so I think the kids were afraid of playing with it incase they got scolded for messing it up. I had to convince my kid to play with it by making the 1st move of dismantling their tightly stacked blocks. Once we started building the other kids came to have a look n play :) Wish they had left the castle my kid n I had painstakingly built for my kid n other kids to play with later on instead of dismantling it as soon s we left the block area all the staff there were very nice n helpful except for the lady monitoring the water play area....she seemed a bit grumpy n rude but that could b bcos she only seem to speak Mandarin which I don't. so i wish more of their staff spoke more english or malay instead of just mandarin. also Wish they didn't have so many staff just watching n monitoring us constantly the whole time.....feels like we were in prison. plus I think it's just a waste of money to have that many staff just loitering around....a couple less would b better, tho they were all very efficient n hard working in putting all the toys n stuff back as soon as kids r done playing with then, which is good except for the block area :pp their block area had heaps of huge blocks in good condition tho place waS heaps cooler than baby shark in paradaigm......my son played hard but still hardly broke a sweat unlike at baby shark where he was just bathed...
Read moreThis place is worth a good review. Very affordable indoor playground. 48Rm for weekends 3 hours play. Free 1 adult and additional adult at 5Rm. There are staffs making rounds and supervising the playground. Slide was also sanitized during playtime. Place is very new and clean; spacious and not overly crowded with many different play zones which can keep your little one entertained for 3 hours. For the water play area, staff will advise to play last as there is possibility of getting a little splash. There were 2 staffs in this wet area assisting kids with wearing rain boots and rain coat. If boots is too small/ donât have your kids size, can remove your socks and play. There is another one staff there keeping the floor dry using the mop stick - no issues so far as they are quite careful. At the end of the water play, we remained mostly dry. There is a seating area beside the playground for those parents who donât want to enter. The staffs there are generally very helpful and friendly as well. In my opinion, this is probably one of the best indoor...
Read moreStaff : 5 âď¸Very friendly. Ticket staff explained the time restriction and no food no drink in play area. Water play area staff put on rain coat for my son without me supervise. Staff asked me politely not to sit on air machine
Safety: 5 âď¸staff always scan the area for safety. 1 incident a girl was hurt in the trampoline. Staff found and immediately call thru walkie for help. Kid mom came fast. Another one I saw was staff pick up foreign object in the ball area. And clear slide down area. All corners were soft wrapped. Entry and exit have to use hand banner, u donât hv to worry u kid will walk out with stranger.
Equipment :4.5 Star. It is the newest of 6 playground I hv bn to in JB. Only 2 of the ball machine not working. A bit dark in obstacle castle. I wish the brick area can be bigger.
Fun: 4.5 âď¸compare to others. I like digital virtual coloring. After color the animal, your coloured animal will enter the virtual world on the wall. The sand area used peddle (less dusty company to fine sand or wooden cube). Color lit up tunnel...
