I was serviced by Lucas and it was a great experience. Lucas explained everything to me in detail and was very honest and upfront. He also helped me calculate my bazi chart and explained which were the most suitable dzi for me and answered all my 1001 questions with patience. He wasn't hardsell either, unlike the experience I have encountered before in other branches, so Lucas really made me feel very happy with my first ever dzi purchase. He also helped me make the string tight so that it won't break easily which made me really happy (I don't like loose strings). While servicing me, another staff was servicing other people as well.
