KyoChon Chicken @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I just had dinner at Kyochon Pavilion Bukit Jalil just now and it was a really satisfying experience.

Food Quality: The fried chicken was superb — crispy exterior, juicy meat inside. I tried the red pepper and honey flavors, and both were delicious; the red pepper had a nice kick, and the honey was sweet without being overwhelming.

Service: Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ambience: The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Good lighting and decor — nice place to dine in with friends or family.

Waiting Time & Price: There was a slight wait since the chicken is made fresh to order, but it was worth it. As for price, it’s not the cheapest, but I felt the food made up for the cost.

Overall: Highly recommend Kyochon if you’re craving good Korean fried chicken. I’ll definitely...

Disappointing. I'd had Kyochon in 1U and The Curve, and they gave me really good experience albeit a bit expensive. Yesterday we tried Kyochon in Pavilion... It wasn't as enjoyable.

Most pieces have thick coat of batter, soy flavoured chicken were a little salty and the garlic fried rice was clumped together. Horrible.

And also Kyochon, why not introduce something healthy like a salad or something green to your menu? To balance the meal? We had to eat here and then somewhere else to get...

The customer service here is amazing. Our server, Mr Cheong Yue Zin was so sweet, polite, patient and helpful. I really think he should be getting a raise. However, the place is seriously understaffed. Only 2 poor servers who have to constantly be running around. I feel bad for them.

Also, some of the chicken pieces we got werr not fresh. It had a very strong chicken-y taste and the meat was on the darker side. This only affected our spicy drummets and wings. The soy...
