Menu there stated RM16.50 for two scoops, but only for limited flavor. Other scoop flavors still has a surcharge of extra +RM2. Flavors wise it's just OK. I ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip and Coffee Almond Fudge. Taste: The Mint one is a bit tasteless. Almond is really sweet. Both balances out each other. Staff: They're friendly, good service. In short, there are better ice cream places than this one. Baskin Robbins is cheaper, no surcharge, has more variety of flavors and have free add-on (sprinkles, crispies and M&Ms). Even Swensens was better. The type of business model with the menu they offered isn't that attractive for customer like myself. I'm the type that wants what's worth my money, and Inside Scoop isn't it. Tried it first time, this will be my last.

Exceptional service from one of their staff, Baity. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended delicious ice cream flavors and generously offered us samples to try. The flavors were truly delightful, packed with amazing taste and texture. I highly recommend Inside Scoop for a memorable ice cream experience. Kudos to Baity and the entire team! Definitely 10/10!
