As a parent, especially with multiple children, this price feels disproportionate to what is offered. For the same amount, there are many other playgrounds and entertainment options that provide a better experience for kids at a lower cost. I agree with the opinions of other parents I’ve spoken to, who also feel that the pricing does not match the quality or value of the facilities.
Additionally, I am disappointed by the lack of meaningful responses from your management team to customer feedback. I have noticed that responses to reviews or complaints generally include vague statements such as "we are working on it" or "we are trying to improve," but never any specifics. For example, if there are comments about rude staff or cleanliness issues, I did not see any follow-up asking for details like the date of the visit, the name of the staff involved, or an offer to investigate the matter further. This gives the impression that feedback is being brushed off rather than actively addressed.
I strongly believe that for a business, particularly one catering to families and children, customer service and a genuine effort to improve are of utmost importance. not sure what is the purpose of your staff siting at the corner of every slide here and there to just stuck and play with their handphone while other bigger kids are pushing and wont give smaller kids to play at certain area . If they just want to play with their phone why bother working here instead of supervising this kind of things?? If we need to be “jaga” stand there 24/7 might as well we work there.
One of the smaller were crying bcs dont know and scared to go at the second floor, there was a female staff , saw that incident but she just choose not to give a damn and play with her phone.
Of course we as a parent we supervise our kids as well, but at certain area quite limited/not spacious for us to go there . If we can fit and allowed to go there for sure we will prevent this kind of incident.

1.bout staff name hanie that serve me at counter,she not so polite when my wife ask bout registration issue.she answer our question like a lazy staff & that i see she squint her eye to my wife not 1 but twice,what an attitude yaa,u serve at in front so please show an a good polite & happy face even ur don't like your job ok. We ask in a good way please give an answer to your customer also in a good attitude.
2.same issue when we enter we don't know need to wear sock, also no toilet for adult only kids,cannot bring outside food that we already buy and bring becoz we think can..should be front customer told complete information ya but as i say the way she serve already lazy to speak no wonder customer don't get full information.
3.food so good that 1 think i'm very like and my kid love mac & cheese so chezy as we cannot eat outside food but it's ok becoz the cafe food nice & delicious.
