I purchased pastries and sweets about 2-3 days ago. Was shocked that I found strand of hair baked together with one of the pastry, so I picked it up and went straight to the counter and told them there is strand of hair. When I want to pay for other pastries and sweets I bought, I asked them whether the bakers wear head protectors to avoid hairs etc fall onto food while cooking and baking, which is a must. They said they didn't know as the pastries are from Melawati Mall's branch since KL East Mall is without kitchen. I was like owh okay, and they don't even apologise for the unhygienic finding of their food to me. It's like sales are important but any fault of theirs or their associates, they are not obliged to apologise and don't even care about the seriousness of the issue.
