Don't ever come to this restaurant. I was seated by the waiter. And just ignored by them. The waitress went to take order at the table just next to me. Which comes before us. And went to take order from another two table which came after us. And the captain noticed the situation, however still waved at me to wait. The captain just turned around to (kemaskan) the table where the customer just left. And them he went to settle the bill at the counter. Till now, I was ignored. Hey, because I m a Chinese and your restaurant just want to served non Chinese? The I questioned the captain, he denied of the situation saying the waitress is new and inexperienced. Come on , the situation is not only about the inexperienced waitress. The captain himself is in the scenario. Do u think anyone still have appetite and will come to this restaurant again. By the way, I was sitting at the table nearest to the main entrance of the restaurant. The later two table were far at the end corner. To the owner of this restaurant, You have a bad bunch of crew. You may check CCTV, if any.
To the owner, in view of your reply, you didnt get clear of the situation, order was taken at the two tables that came after me. oh yes, 10 minutes we were seated and then left unattended, the situatuion was handled badly by your crew. oh yes , if it is not race issue, then its your crew issue.
if you were me , you still have appetite to eat? to your accusations of not settling the bill, only one drink was served when i left. and it was untouched. at such situation , the bill was supposed and deserveto be settled?
if you think the restaurant was not at fault and your crew well handled the situation , congratulations that you have a great team.

Had a really bad experience in this branch of Ole-Ole Bali because of a super RUDE WAITER. I never encounter such rude customer service person in other places!! He gave us wrong information, arrogant, so rude when speaking with us and never apologize.
Not sure if the staffs here understand what a first come first serve basis is. This means who comes first, get seated first to eat for berbuka. No reservation, no recording names or numbers. DESPITE OUR UNDERSTANDING ON THAT, WE DID CAME TO THE RESTAURANT AT 4PM TO CONFIRM WHETHER WE REALLY CAN'T MAKE A RESERVATION. So this guy waiter told us in front that THEY DON'T HAVE RESERVATION, SO COME AT 6PM-7PMish to get a seat. So okay after we came again at 6.30PM, a waitress asked for our names at the front (she was holding a board full of names and contact numbers) SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? THEY ARE OPEN FOR RESERVATION BUT WHY DID THE GUY WAITER DIDN'T TELL US THIS? Why he didn't ask if we want to order in the beginning? We came there early to confirm about the reservation and he CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS NO RESERVATION. And when he was called to the front, he was super RUDE and raised his voice to us, denying that he gave us misleading information and made super annoying face. Not a single apology from him. We could have discussed about this matter better but his attitude really made me boiled. Luckily one of their waiters did apologize for his sake. However, this time is a let down and the quality is just going down the drain!
I made a booking and paid in advanced & told the waiter that I'll come at 8pm. Yes 8 pm, more than half an hour after buka puasa time!
By the time I arrived, the food is already on the table and the food is ice cold because it's been under the aircond for quite a while!
By the time we sat, not a single waiter came to take order for our drinks! Just after I waved for few minutes then they arrived and served us!
Two of us asked for Bali Lime with no sugar and the drinks that arrived was really sweet! Another waitress told us that the drink was already pre-made and they couldn't make it sugar free. Well, the waiter that took our order should have told us earlier! However, they accepted for that drinks to be cancelled and two of us just had the ice water!
Funny enough, when the bill arrived, the drinks weren't cancelled. It was written in the bills. Yet, I have to inform the waiter again about that!
What a frustrating evening! It should have been a birthday celebration for my friend, but it was utterly disaster!
