I visited the center recently because my kids are on school holiday and have been staying home, so I promised to take them somewhere. I mistakenly brought them here. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff weren’t friendly at all—they were the type to talk loudly to each other right in front of you, ignoring customers.

What made things worse was that I had messaged the owner via WhatsApp (as listed on their Google page) to ask if I could work there since I had an important meeting. He responded before, so I went ahead, paid for everything, and tried to set up my laptop. But there was no power socket available.

I continued my meeting as best as I could until my laptop battery got low. In desperation, I went into the birthday area to ask for a power plug, but the staff repeatedly told me I couldn’t use it and kept chasing me out. I mean, where’s the common sense? I only needed it for 15 minutes to finish my meeting, and instead of helping, they made things even harder.

To top it off, I tried calling the owner several times to clarify, but there was no response. This was the same person who had been responsive before but suddenly ignored me when I needed assistance.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The lack of basic customer service, common sense, and willingness to help is shocking. All I needed was access to a power plug for a short time—it’s not a big ask. This experience was just frustrating and...

My baby is an OKU baby, he just turned 1 years old yesterday. Along with 2 of his siblings, we brought them to Little Pirates to have some fun. However, they denied my OKU baby in, saying he needs to pay RM55 like his 2 older sibling also. This is such a shock and sounds downright ridiculous!!

My baby can't even sit, crawl at all, but they want to charge him RM55 for ENTRANCE FEE??? Mind you, I presented OKU card for verification to proof he is not capable of playing any facilities, and its not like he is 1 years old 1 month, or more.. He is just 1 years old 1 DAY. I told them to refund my payment from Klook and wanted to leave, but they say they processed already and cannot refund. What are you even talking about? Even credit card payments can be void, what do you mean processed payment cannot be reversed?? Broad daylight robbery.

Imagine its supposed to be a place to have fun but you have the least compassionate and least helpful staff available. What a "great" service you have. Definitely ruin a family's day of fun and OKU...

A spacious play area, with a variety of things to play. Most of the things were clean and in working condition. My son particularly loved the interactive screen and the doughnut sliding. There's even a blocks area for kids to sit and play if they are tired. As you've probably read in all the other reviews, go on a weekday to enjoy freely. We went on a Friday around 11am, and there was only 1 family. There were a few more families after lunch, but it still was very comfortable. The only thing I had a gripe about was selfish, irresponsible parents bringing their kids who are obviously sick. There were very few people, and yet even in a small group present that day, 2 kids (from different families) had runny nose. I could hear them sniffling/coughing and 1 kid even ran to his mummy at the cafe with mucus running down his nose, I kid you not. Besides that, overall, a great place to spend a few hours with a...

They don’t allow food and drinks from outside which makes no sense. Kids who play here for hours need to eat and drink and they tell you to feed them outside at the train waiting station before coming back in, after paying a premium price of rm55 per child. Many parents just bring their food and drinks inside in the bag and they never check. One rule does not apply to all and they discriminate those who are honest and those they can spot only. The tiny “no outside food and drinks allow” sign board can only be seen at the entry door which is like 15 meters away from ticket counter which means AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS. The tiny cafe doesn’t sell proper food which means they expect you to leave after some hours because parents also can’t survive on snacks. Management needs to change this rule or fire the one who set this rule. Bottom line I’m never coming back here again. Discrimination practices.
