The place has good anchor, Super Seven supermarket, Nanyang kopitiam and The Brew House restaurants.
However, what makes this place a put off for me are 1) the carpark exit signages, and 2) the carpark management staff.
First, misleading exit signages.
I took 10 minutes just to drive from floor to floor (from LG1 to LG to B1), just to find the exit. And when I finally found the exit at one corner of B1 by accident, I still could not exit. Why? That leads me to my second point.
Second, parking attendant's response.
Because I cannot exit, I pressed the help line at the barrier gate and told the person I could not get out. I was told that I had exceeded the time limit of 10 minutes, and I had to reverse my car about 50m down slope to pay for the extra time at the parking machine. I tried to explain to the helpline, and asked for help, and yet the attendant told me that I still had to do so.
Luckily there were no car behind me. Or else, I would be holding everyone up. And, the slope leading up is very narrow, and I may have hit the walls and dividers if not careful. The carpark attendant should have come to assist instead of advising me to reverse and pay for the extra time.
I strongly suggest the building management to do something about the exit signages, as it is very misleading and putting people off from visiting.
For the time being if you are really visiting Aurora Place, I strongly suggest you park outside the building (weekend), or allow time to locate the exit first before proceeding to pay at the payment machine (there is one close to B1 exit).
As for me, I do not wish to visit this place again due to my poor impression of the carpark management. The service I received is very...

Aurora Place @ Bukit Jalil Review
Aurora Place is not really a shopping mall you walk around for fun, but if you happen to work or stay nearby, it’s actually quite convenient to drop by. Got makan places, cafes, some offices, clinics, and even a gym – so everything also ada sikit-sikit.
Even though not much to explore like a full-blown mall, if you walk here from nearby condos or Pavilion Bukit Jalil, it’s still very accessible. There’s even a link bridge straight to Pavilion, so quite senang if you want to avoid the crowd and just chill somewhere quieter.
Food-wise, not bad – got variety. From local stalls to Korean BBQ, Japanese restaurants, and a few nice coffee places to lepak or do laptop work. Weekend sometimes got pop-up stalls downstairs, so got a bit of life here and there.
Parking is usually okay, and not too expensive. Security and cleanliness also boleh tahan. Good place to settle errands or grab a quick bite without squeezing through a packed mall.
Overall, maybe not a place to purposely come jalan-jalan, but for nearby residents or office crowd –...
Read moreWorst parking management ever, confusing direction to mall, security/staff not helping bad attitude and even scold customer. You can only pay ticket inside the mall, ask for help how to go to my parking area (I come out from staircase at lorong, so it's far&hard to find back there) they ignore me. After finding almost an hour, found my car, my ticket expired, I don't mind to pay but their attitude is sucks! Ask me to go to carpark office to settle, you dont even have a clear direction to guide ppl there! I turn few rounds only to find a small tiny Carpark Office word at B2 hidden corner! Then when I feedback about maybe they should improve, the staff just stopped me and told me 'u bayar dan exit there, we got no security', turn his back on me. Hello?! I ada bayar! It's not about money! It's about how you treat your customer. Never ever gonna visit back here. I rather go to sunway pavilion even aeon security got better customer service!
Found out other bad reviews here, not only me complaint about the lousy parking lot design and autopay machine! Yet they still did no improvement, only attitude got ''big improvement''....
