It was my first time dining in at a Mixue outlet. I had a free voucher from Shopee, and the nearest store was at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. It's such a pleasant and neat place. Although there was only one staff member at that time, she handled it pretty well with a smiling face and politeness. The ice cream coffee was great, too.

Worst Mixue store, lemon drink is just syrup and water. Bo lemon taste. This is too bad at over all malaysia. Just 1 person work, take order and do drinks only 1 perso. The rest two behind dont know do what when clients come have to take long queue. I waited just im third person, take 20min Waste my time. BANNED.

Staffs kinda racist?

When me and my friend went to order they said they are closed. When 3 foreign kids went and ask for drinks, guess what. Shop is suddenly open and able to make drinks for them only.

Happened few months back. Never got the chance and will never buy from this branch ever.

Shoutout to Mixue Danau Kota, best customer...

There is one chinese female staff who has not well-trained of servicing customer! I asked for one ice cream spoon for my kid: “Can i have one ice cream spoon please?” She replied: “Cannot!”

This is super rude to me! Is just because I’m not buying cup ice cream so I can’t have a right for a spoon?

Ruined my mood caused of this...

The tea barista lady free hair on 23/12/24 sembang rancak with stranger (might be her friend) tanpa bergerak buat kerja. There is no ppl order after me, im waited for 11min for 1 cup of black tea lemonade. While waiting suddenly she gave her friends order. Those ppl is 2 behind me, and im not get my order yet....
