MY OPPO SPACE PAVILION BUKIT JALIL — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

Been used Oppo Reno 10 pro plus for less than a year. Recently, facing some issues eg Handphone is getting very hot [ am not gamer ], after plug in cable [ ori cable ] it's turn out wait for few seconds only start charging, try to transfer file from device to laptop need to restart Handphone or sometime can not do it. Coz I need to back up. Called to service center , advise me need to come over and check. After checked up the device, found out motherboard have some issues. However, no stock at the moment. Waited almost 2 weeks time. Also no stock available. Asked me to wait again 😑I think Oppo service center need to expertise this kind of matter. I felt very disappointed. Kindly please sort it out my problem before warranty is expire. Is inconvenient for me to keep using my device with this kind of unsoft issues. What about my Handphone suddenly shut down!?Can not open...

Very spacious and neatly designed store. Their client servicing is very good. Very friendly and informative staff.

Ive been using my reno 4 since 2020 and it still functions super well and super fast. No trouble with the updates at all. Camera quality wise, i would say they are a few gens ahead of others in their price category in the market so my 2020 edition phone is still relevant and up to date now in 2022.
