This temple, the Shree Lakshmi Narayana Mandir is the one and the only very old mandir.

Most of the devotees are of the Hindus of the Sindhi community whose Gujarat - Rajasthan origin from the Northern India.
They speaks and communicate by means of their native language Hindi and many able to read the Sanskrit. Of course they do speaks and understand Tamil and English.
