Booked this hotel for 1 day stay through Agoda as pay at property.Then I paid cash at hotel and hotel refused to give receipt. They say hotel under OYO, oyo will send e-recepit. At the night of the check out, i receive email frm hotel as no show case and also notification from my bank for deductions for no show case.
When i contact the hotel, they ask me to call OYO.But i couldn't find any OYO customer service number and only have email address.After email OYO, they ask me to send email again since their HQ under US which is not convenient.
I made a 2nd call to the hotel , telling them about this and ask for help since hotel the one who remark as no show case.But they refused to help.Since i booked to Agoda, i call agoda and let them know about this matter and they talked with the hotel.Then agoda asked for hotel payment receipt.I went to hotel and asked for the recept since i didnt receive any e-receipt from OYO or hotel.They ask me to wait.
Already 2 days yet i receive any receipt I reached limit then went back to hotel and ask for receipt.They refused to give.Then i call malaysia consumer department and lucky came across one police officer and he mention we can made a complaint at hotel.
Only after that the receptionist get worried and immediately issue the physical receipt and i get know they totally losing on 1 April 2022.But that doesnt mean they can simply cheat customers money.

Clean, Very strategic location. Facing main road. Walking distance to marts, restaurants, stalls, temples, schools. And most important is d parking just in front f d entrance. If full may park at surroundings. Shell is just 500 m from here. Rica is just behind. So, got d Lorong Parking too.
D staff (M&F) change shift, yet always alert & concerned. very convenientlah for me. shower ( cold & heat ) ** may request pail or any other items which is needed most if we're with children.
Pls don't go this this hotel.. They won't provide any receipts. I have booked this hotel and payment method is pay at the counter.on that day I come to this hotel and make payment at the counter with Indian girl which is working at Lobby..I ask about the receipt,she said will give later once Check out..once check out the next Day ,Agoda make deduction In my account..I come today to get receipt.. Agoda ask receipt for proof to get refund..now the hotel...
