Night and day difference in service. Ordered coffee to check if there is hope. Yes, they do care about customer service and fixed the problem I experienced . I'm very happy about this as I want to see shops like this in Bukit Tunku for a long time. Well done, just maintain this type of service and kaki will return. Thank you for listening.

Sitting in coffee shop on a beautiful morning trying to eat breakfast inside of cafe that is filled with heavy base music is not enjoyable. Staff playing audio noises that vibrate your eardrums is rediculous. Staff doesn't even greet me upon entrance, just stands there and takes my order like an unfriendly drone. This place looks the part but is just not the part. Last time I will patronise this shop. Lots of potential, to many small mistakes. This is not the first not quite right experience. Was craving for plain scone so google about this place actually selling sourdough scone and good coffee. Decided went for it after work. Thumbs up for friendly staff who still willing to serve customer👍🏻👍🏻 although they start doing closing actually and keep back all the pastry already. The lovely packaging and design of their pastry box, takeaway cup and paper bag was another thing impressed me too👍🏻 Last but not least, the ice black and sourdough scone both amazing and I love both of them👌🏻 A lil surprise tho when I open the pastry box because I get two scone in the box✌🏻Not sure it is one is a compliment 😆 Anyway the outdoor seat looks quite chill.
