Came here for the first time and was disappointed in the result of my haircut. The barber simply does not listen to “exactly” what you want. He thinks he knows everything and it has to be cut his way he thinks instead of the customers way. He is old school, doesn’t know the latest trends, and set in his ways. I definitely wasn’t used to this customer service as the barbers in the past (Around KL Area) have listened to my special requests and executed the job perfectly. I specifically said many times exactly what I want and still didn’t get the result I want. Barber also doesn’t take time to cut the hair and everything is rushed. It definitely is obviously that this barber is not passionate about cutting hair as I have seen with other barbers in the area. Normally the barbers I have been to cut my hair roughly 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min. This barber was done in 35 minutes. The quality of service definitely wasn’t there with this barber shop. I think their haircuts are way overpriced at 90 RM and it seems like they are just there to market their Turkish products (which I wasn’t a fan of either). Definitely won’t be returning to this barber and I advise you to look at other barbers in the area, that actually listen, take quality time to cut, are passionate about their result, cheaper price, and aren’t their to sell you on their products or...

After a bad experience at another barbershop I was nervous about trying here seeing as though I only got my haircut done with them. I made the best decision ever scheduling an appointment with these guys!
