Lagenda Beach — Attraction in Langkawi Island

This beach is super clean and perfect for chilling out while enjoying lovely sea views. Sadly, swimming isn't allowed here, but it's still a great spot to soak up the sun, even though you won't see the usual waves you'd expect at the beach. It's really quiet and peaceful, with no cool sea breezes blowing. It's best to visit in the evening when it's not so hot. My kids had a blast playing in the sand. There’s a lovely area around here to walk along the sea but I wouldn’t personally call this a beach. There’s a very short strip of pebbles where you could enter the water if you wanted but it’s very small. The park around here is really nice but don’t go here thinking you’re going to a beach with sand where you can swim.
