When you implement the gate things, do you send an email or calling your customer about the change? Luckily, the car behind me horn me if not I am going to bump his car and your staff just coming out to assist when he heard about the horn. Anyway, goodbye to your store. I will not go your store anymore and I have deleted your mobile application. Rubbish service ever!!!!

When I go your store today, I saw people taking out a long pieces things like bar code scanner to open the gate closing the path to the car park. Last week, I came your store and no information regarding the setting of this new system. I have never prepare anything necessary and go your store today. And your staff is very rude and just busy talking with others. I could not enter the car park means stuck at there and want to do reverse to go out and there are cars already behind me. After the car giving a long horn and your staff just coming and help and still giving a bad command.

YOUR STORE SHOULD INFORM THE CHANGE TO YOUR OLD LOYALTY CUSTOERS VIA EMAIL OR MOBILE PHONE REGISTERED UNDER YOUR STORE SO THAT THEY KNEW WHAT IS HAPPENIG RIGHT NOW IN YOUR STORE. AND NOT WAIT UNTIL PEOPLE GO TO YOUR STORE AND JUST LETTING THEM TO KNOW A SERIES OF THINGS TO DO IF WANT TO ENTER YOUR CAR PARK!!!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO RESPECT EVERYONE TOO!!!!

NOT ALL CUSTOMERS WILL USE YOUR CAR PARK FOR FREE. SINCE 10 YEARS PLUS AGO, I GO YOUR STORE WITHOUT STAYING MORE...

I went to Tesco, Melaka this morning and was disappointed that there was not a single trolley available at the trolly site. When enquired, I was told to wait as the staff has not collected the trolleys from outside and bring them in. I waited for more than 15 minutes and still there was no sign of any trolley. When I made a complaint to the Manager, I was again told to wait. As I have already waited for about 20 minutes by then, I told him that this is certainly not acceptable. He then had the audacity to tell me to go and collect the trolley myself from outside the building, if I can’t wait. He said he has to take care of his staff. Is this the standard service level that Tesco provide to it’s customers??? I have no qualms of him taking care of his staff but such attitude and atrocious service towards customers is certainly uncalled for. Perhaps he forgot that it’s the customers that pay his salary and not the staff. I sincerely hope the Management will look into this matter seriously lest the service level deteriorates further. I was there for about 25 minutes until I finally decided to walk out. Until then, the trolleys are still nowhere in sight. I can fully understand such lapses in service if it’s a weekend and the supermarket is crowded with customers. But this is on a Monday morning and the supermarket is hardly a quarter filled with people. Please bare in mind that Tesco is not the only supermarket around. Customers can always go...

There is foodcourt in here selling variety of food so you can fill your empty stomach after shopping. Also there is kfc for fast food lovers or if you runs out of time. And also there is Starbucks in this complex completed with the drive thru section if you are not here for doing some shopping. You can find yourself some watches..carpets..dress and shirts with a wide range of variety from lots of stalls inside and outside the building, selling them at a cheap and affordable prices. Not to forget the newly Homepro building..so you can find perfect items for all your house needs. Homepro is sort of like MyDiy place for those who dont know. As for the parking space, not to worry there is abundant of parking lot here and yes it is free parking so you dont have to worry about parking your car here. This building is just next to Aeon Jusco. This place also within walking range if you happen to be in Melaka Sentral for using the bus services.
