Visited during soft opening, where the entrance fee is RM 40 per adult. Payment options are limited to QR codes and cash, so make sure to bring the necessary payment methods. The experience is more tailored toward kids, who are likely to have fun, while adults might find it less engaging. They provide only a winter jacket, so you'll need to bring your own sweater, glove, scarf, beanie, earmuff, and sock. Alternatively, these items can be purchased before entering. Although it allows multiple entries, you must return the winter jacket each time you leave. This requires you to queue for a jacket when re-entering, which can be inconvenient, especially if you step out because it's too cold or needs to use the restroom.
Currently, it is still under construction, with only 4 slides available. The ice biking is limited to kid-sized bikes, so adults won't find much to do. Overall, the attractions are limited, and aside from taking a few photos, there isn't much to experience. It’s really cold inside, so it's advisable to bring extra layers, including a mask, sweater, gloves, and earmuffs, to stay warm. For those who wear glasses, contact lenses are recommended, as glasses tend to fog up quickly in the cold. Additionally, the floor is slippery, so it's important to walk slowly to avoid any accidents.
One downside was the winter jackets provided. Although they’re all labeled as 3XL, the jackets vary in length. When requested a different jacket, a staff member rudely insisted that all jackets were the same, despite the obvious differences. This lack of attention to customer needs was disappointing and detracted from the...
Read moreA decent place but the whole admission and re-entry system could have been managed way better. Queued more than half an hour to purchase the tickets and enter the first round. The queue was extremely long and it was scorching hot outside and the staff handling the admission was busy hanging and rearranging the jackets instead of attending to the customers at the entrance. When it has finally reached our turn to go in, we waited for easily 20 minutes at the entrance just to be let in, watching the staffs busy hanging the jackets, when we already came prepared with our own jackets. When we left the place to have a drinks at the snow cafe next door, we needed to queue for more than an hour again just to re-enter the place. Imagine the kids and adults were all suited up in winter jacket, winter pants and winter boots, waiting in the queue in a scorching hot weather for over an hour, sharing the same line with the newly arrived customers who needed to purchase the admission tickets. They should have just separated the entrance for new entry and re-entry. Also, we don’t understand why they took our photos (assuming for facial recognition for ease of re-entry), but still have to scan the ticket again. Many times the reader can’t even scan the QR code on the ticket as it was a thin piece of paper, and could have been damaged due to the wet & cold condition inside. Hope the management can look into improving the system for a better experience. And the staffs’ attitude were not the friendliest too. Otherwise it’ll soon become a one off...
Read moreIf you want to get your money’s worth, be prepared with actual winter clothing.. or not, like us, some of us didn’t even last 5 minutes in here.. Some of us need some time to go out and warm ourselves, and need to line up again to go back in..
I wished that they sell the gloves & hats at the counter, instead of at the queue line.. Other customers felt the right to jump queue just because we were buying gloves.. They even pushed us.. And the gloves were quite pricey.. rm15 for a pair of kids gloves with mediocre quality..
They do provide jackets, but If you have your own, better bring them.. because the jackets are reused instantly.. No cleaning or checking anything.. If you are unlucky, the jackets can get really dirty and disgusting .. Holes in the pockets, dirty tissue or face mask in the pocket.. Dirty dirty jackets..
So, in the snowland, the music was just blasting loudly.. Very hard to hear one another.. And really do trust their website when they say the temperature can get to -15.. it really does.. The slide rides were fun but they provide very little snow tube.. and actually, the area is not that large.. We expected bigger area with more area to play snow and take pictures..
Other than that, plenty of parking.. Got RELA standby when peak days.. Not much choice of cafes outside.. Make sure to keep your tickets if you want to go out and back in.. The tickets will match to your face.. They scan your face when first...
