UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT BLOCKS CLIENTS ON WHATSAPP, PHONE, AND FACEBOOK

I read through some of the reviews on Google and I came across very similar negative experiences. I am definitely not the first and won't be the last that this company blocks. The PIC surely does not have the professionalism in handling clients and would push faults onto clients. Also right now I am not understanding why you are having 2 accounts: ALICE BRIGHT & SHINE CLEANING SERVICES. Another: ALICE BRIGHT & SHINE CLEANING SERVICES - PJ. Kindly define the differences. You have PJ clients under your very first account.

I used this cleaning for my post renovation cleaning and it was okay, but cleaners were rough with the lights and fans. I’ve mentioned to the cleaners directly to be gentle.

After which, we signed up for a package of 12 sessions for convenience, and at first they were rotating the cleaners for each session. So we asked them to stick to 2 cleaners, so the 2 cleaners would know what to do each week when they come. Eventually they started to rotate one of the cleaner due to one being unwell or being away, and this is when the damages start. New cleaners would come to my house untrained and they would clean without care; used the wrong things for certain items, like using a rough surface scrub for Matt black sanitary wares and causing scratches. Damages were done to my walls as well, due to scratches from ladders carried up by the cleaners.

No compensation given to the damages and the cleaning company thinks by giving merely 2 sessions free will resolve the damages in my house. Alice bright cleaning, you are not capable of providing a professional cleaning services when you are charging me high prices and giving me low quality services. By giving me new cleaners on more than 2 occasions, you are really putting your staffs training-on-the-job at my house, whereby any damages done you can just get away with it.

**also to add on: THIS COMPANY WILL BLOCK YOU TO AVOID...

Booked for 2 hours for a basic cleaning to clean the hall area and 1 bathroom area plus dishes and special add on request for a fee of litter cleaning

Underestimate how dirty our place actually was (So sorry about that) and it required a deep clean than basic cleaning but still the Kak cleaners went above and beyond and did an amazing job by deep cleaning our hall and bathroom within the short time frame while maintaining quality of service 🔥🔥

Special thanks to the Kak cleaners who cleaned our house - polite, professional and efficient with the our hall area + bathroom + dishes + litter.

Thank you so much for accommodating us and cleaning our living space + bathroom + dishes very well within a limited time frame

For future purposes will definitely book again and this time with the correct type of service needed and if possibly maybe on a weekly or bi weekly basis to keep our house clean for an affordable price

Worth the price...

I have always used cleaning services for my home and I think I've tried more than 10 cleaning service company before and hands down Alice Bright and Shine is awesome. I just give them my keys and come home to a clean house. They tidy up everything! And cleaned up way better than I expected. They are also kind and polite and so fast. You would think that such cleaning services is expensive, but no! It's the same price as everyone else, but I got so much more. I would definitely recommend you to try cleaning your home with Alice...
