Visited for dinner 6/8/2024. The best Korean food in PJ so far. Booked a table for 5 and was allocated a nice room. Orders taken expertly. Perfectly cooked, tender beef and pork with the classic marinade. Unlimited side dishes, refilled speedily with a cheerful 'any more can eat? Complimentary steamed egg, fruits and cold drink.' Wang gal bi (marinated spare rib) is the star on the beef menu (in fact don't bother with the rest), but the pork alternative with the same marinade is a close competitor. Good time management - we were in and out in an hour. Will revisit. *Current promotion is 10% off if you pay in cash..
Second visit 20/12/2024. Standards and speed maintained. Great recommendations from our server, and well chosen order of serving the dishes (we appreciated how the non-marinated beef was served at the start, building up to end with the...
Read moreWe noticed many crowded BBQ joints around the uptown square. Found this quiet outlet facing the highway. We were seated quickly and offered drinks and menu. They grilled the meats for us as the wife just had her hair done at uptown which was cool. I meant they cooking. Beef was fab, well marinated. Can’t say the same for the pork though cos it’s hard and chewy. Ginseng chicken was ok but hard pressed to catch any hint of ginseng. I guess ginseng is expensive stuff. There’s a huge array of appetisers which we finished but didn’t ask for replenishment. Pleasant service and good for...

We ordered 2 sets of pork for BBQ (minimum order) and so full as doing our best not to waste.
Arrived at 11.30am, on a Saturday, only one other table was occupied with 4 pax. Rather quiet place for a weekend. But it doesn’t mean it’s not good. Instead of lining up somewhere, why not come here for Korean BBQ.
We recommend anyone to try this place. It is on the 1st floor (not ground floor). So be prepared to walk a little bit of stairs.
The meat is fresh and totally love the kimchi. Only thing is that they did not serve any chili. Probably have to ask. But seeing so much banchan, we decided to not...
