For Rm18 (Non Sarawakian Malaysian) we got to cruise along the river for 1 hour to enjoy the sunset of Sibu. After the sun had set, we got to check out the night views of Sibu city. The views are not that spectacular but it's still a wonderful experience.

The boat is operated by 2 capable uncles. I recommend you contact the River Cruise company to purchase your tickets early. Currently, this sunset cruise operates only on weekends.

There is music onboard and light refreshment can be purchased.

Pleasant activity to do in Sibu. the jetty is located around 100m from the famous temple. it's better to sit on the left side of the ferry facing the bow (front of the boat) when you board cause the sun will set this side. WhatsApp the operator for booking, you may pay cash on the spot on actual day. It was raining in the afternoon but the sky cleared up.

Price for a normal Fri/ Sat/ Sun tour. Sarawakian RM13 Non-Sarawakian(Malaysian) RM16 Non-Malaysian RM23 if that day is a public holiday +RM6 if that day is a school...

Let me introduce u One of my favorite in sibu to healing a heart by taking boat river Cruise . Oh yeah it's really healing by watching scenery. 1 hour journey . For me it's cheap Non Sarawakian Rm 16 for person . I have a fun. But sadly to left Sibu only for 3 days gonna miss it so much. I ll try to help to gaining tourism Sibu economy by posting as...
