The Chicken Rice Shop The Mines — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Worst experience ever. Came around 6.15pm, 18 Oct 2025, and straight order at counter to redeem the Rm1.80 ¼ chicken (tall female staff told to do so) and done order other foods at 6.22pm. drinks came around 5 to 10mins after and foods came around 10mins± after drinks. Still ok. But the rm1.80 ¼chicken did not came yet and ask the female staff (1st asked) about it. Said will be given together with extra chili requested. But then still not come, only the chili received (by 2nd staff). Remind the 2nd staff again. Eat first then around 10mins± after, asked the 3rd staff (manager or supervisor idk), still havent got. Upset already that time, asked 4th staff, still havent got. After almost finish our meal, and the 5th time, asked the female staff again, then only got. Why need to remind so many times ahh ? Dont know how to check your order ahh which one come first which one later ? People who came after us got their meals completed first than us who came and make order before them. And yet no one came to apologized because of that bad service. At counter, the manager or supervisor also did not apologized first. Only after I demand an apologized, he said sorry. That also dont sound sincere at all. The reason given by him was " the customer have to make order first then only he can key in, if not what the customer order from phone, the system will delete the order". And i need clarification on this whether it's true or not. And if it's true, 1st: why he did not tell me earlier, 2nd: why he did not came to our table to confirm our order done or not. such a bad experience eating here. We waited outside the so long to be seated. in the end the manager just said masuk je. the bar code was just thrown on to the table for us to order. Maybe due to we were the last customer(went in at 9pm) for that day and they were so eager to pack and close the shop. Food came cold and i got shocked of the chicken portion which was so much little then what we usually get. maybe because we were not their race. I understand. Terrible service. The workers were just waiting for us to finish eating. I felt like they were rushing us to get out from the shop since i saw 2 of their workers keep coming to our table to check out if we have finished. I just got my family to get up and walk out after paying. We couldn't even finish our drinks. DONT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP....

Ive went once on 21sept. and when i paid using touchngo e wallet, the manager(i guess cause he was wearing grey shirt) told me to pay it again cause he said the transaction does not accepted by their system (i guess thats what he means but yra i need to pay it again) although the money has already been deducted from my ewallet.so yea i paid double the amount (total around rm120).he get my phone number and said he will contact me to refund the money.i dont have the time to go to "the mines" as im a student having class 5days perweek. Its been 4 days and theres no update, i really need my money asap as im literally a student! Its not a small amount for a student like me. I have contacted the number for countless times. None of answer :) . If u see this plsplspls contact me asap to settle...
