Strike City - Bagatelle — Attraction in Moka

Early yesterday we called at the Strike city of Bagatelle to book for bowling and we were told that we should book for dinner so that we get priority lanes for bowling. So we booked for dinner at 6pm there although we weren't too keen to dine in there but we wanted to have a good time bowling with our friends from Australia. We were seated after 10mins, we had to call the waiters a few times to take our orders, which they did after another 15mins. Then we waited for very long time till they called us for bowling. We had to wait again as there was no light in our bowling lane. We asked for the barriers for our child to play, and they never put it.We had to wait for more than 2 long hours to get our food, which is very very very unprofessional.We had 2 diabetics in our group and a toddler. For the diabetic s, it's vital to have a meal at a specific time or else they'll have a severe hypoglycemia, which can be fatal. We kept on going to the waiters sooo many times to ask what's happening to our meal but no proper reply. We could see so many other ppl complaining and it was clear that there was a serious lack of staff, which is not acceptable in these festive periods. Either you take the max of clients and you cater properly for all or you close it if you can't meet the demands, it's as simple as that. We had to talk to the supervisor and show in multiple ways our big disappointment. Everyone was super hungry and we were told that we could only play 1round and go . So we were playing without having our food for more than 2hrs!!! We lost our motivation and good spirit to play. We saw so many others coming after us and getting their food within a few mins. We were really on the verge to leave everything and go away. After these more of 2long hrs of waiting we finally got our food which was cold and tasteless. Our chips were not cooked and without salt and we had to return it to the kitchen. The service was totally poor and unworthy. We paid so much to get that kind of misery. We often come for bowling and we would like to come and have enjoyable moments while bowling but excuse me , how do you expect us to come again after such a big disappointment! I really wanted to have a few words with the owner and director of Strike City. So if you still value your clients a bit, pls do contact me pls. From a group of clients who feel completely...

Did my booking 3 days before, preorder some food. Once there, my name was on the list at the door but not on the list where we were suppose to sit. But we got the place we requested for. The preordered food came after the food we ordered on site. We also mentioned what time we would play bowling and did the reservation. Same was not reserves and the lady at the counter was annoyed with us instead of us being annoyed. We were informed that we had to mentioned that when we arrived. It seem that booking there is useless. We had to wait . But the best part was when we made our payment and the waiter had to return us Rs 525.00. Said he was busy and would be back. We had to go look for him 4 times . The 4th time when asked about the exchange, he ask if we were leaving , like as if what was the hurry , he handed only Rs500.00 stated that he did not have Rs 25.00. To note we had already tipped him for his service. It was like begging for our own money. Normally at the end of the game there is the display of the points and the name, which is a fun time for all , this was not the case . Once the game was over , the screen was switch to their advertisement. Luckily the food is still good. The service before was wonderful, we hope that next time it would be a better experience. Or pls provided the criteria of the type of client you want to provided your service to so that those who do not fit...

Me and my family came to mauritius on holiday hoping to spend a memorable adventure here but today 04/01/24 we got insulted by the gate man at strike city bagatelle. As we were in Grand Bay for a diner we planned to pass some time at the strike city but since strike city at Grand Bay was already full, we call for bagatelle one it was around 09:00 pm, on the phone they told us they can't take any reservation but if we came as from 09:30pm we can get a track for bowling. So we reached there by 09:45pm surprising before going to counter the gate man stopped us in saying there are no tracks available we need to come tomorrow. We insist in saying we called before coming and we told the guy we came from Grand Bay but he says he can't do nothing we need come the next day.Hence on leaving we were still at the door we heard another guy saying to the gate man "there are two tracks available "why you said to them it's already full then the gate man reply with big words let them go. At that moment we turn back to the gate man and told him he is allowed to insult us.Hence at that moment he started insulting me and my family infront of every people with big words. Therefore necessary action should be taken against this gate man otherwise by this bad experience today Strike city Bagatelle will keep on getting bad reviews from other people...
