I read a lot about this place, so I wanted to try it. In my opinion, customer service was great, the tacos had a really good birria taste, very authentic. The only thing is that I found the consomé kinda greasy for my taste, and they could do a better job cleaning the radishes. Everything else was good, clean, attentive and reasonable price. They even had a guy singing karaoke which I found very entertaining. We had 6 tacos and 2 sodas and it was under $20 dollars. Good and I enjoyed it but it's Over rated.

The Birria is a Solid 8 out of 10. Meat is soft and has a good flavor.

Had 1 taco and 1 Quesabirria.

The Quesabirria cheese is standard, nothing special. Using a subpar cheese didn't help the meal.

Sorry, I'm not stuck up but I know of several better Birria places.

The hot sauce is acidic and earthy based which would go better with Birria de Chivo. Very good by any measure but I would have liked a sweeter option.

I enjoyed it and would eat here again but "Birria El Vaquero" (my go to spot) or "Tacos El Compita" in Otay Tijuana are better places.

Service is quick and friendly. The comsome was not greasy and was tasty. The birria was the best I've had in a long time, above average for sure. You can order dorados, suaves ( hard or soft) or a quesataco which is a quesadilla taco combo or just a plain quesadilla for dipping into the consome.
