Excellent place !, good location, the best brands in one place ... The best place to buy a gift for that special someone ... Clothes, watches, jewelry, souvenirs, crafts and much more!!.. The place. Attractive, very beautiful, spacious. Variety in stores. Many prestigious brands and you can find practically everything. The staff. Attentive and willing to help, good for that! Prices. Normal, depending on the store I consider them normal. Everything would be perfect but, honestly, you find the same prices in the night sales of the department stores, that's the only advantage, here you always find special sales prices... If my comment helps you, give me a Like! Have fun!

AMERICANS Beware before you decide to travel here during your trip in Cancun... today I had a really worrisome experience. I am in disbelief at how racist the staff were and how unwilling they were to help tourist. I have never ever ever been treated so disrespectfully. Specifically Regina ...... I was there today and my cellular service was not working to call for an uber. No one was at your taxi stand and I asked the young woman at the concierge desk for help. At first I asked if there was public wifi to call for a ride. She said no. I asked her if she could tell me the distance to my hotel Hyatt so I could judge if I could walk in the sweltering heat. I have several medical conditions and she said no. So I asked her to call security. I asked security to call my hotel so they could send a taxi to me and as he was pulling out his phone to let me use it she told him no. I was in disbelief. I lost it and called her terrible names but in my defense she took away the help another person was willing to offer me. I couldn't understand why she was being so cruel. Imagine 100 degree weather and needing a ride and someone taking away your lifeline to it. Clearly this young woman has no value of tourism and the life style it brings to your area. In my country when people are traveling and they speak Spanish and need help even though my skills are limited I help them. She is a horrible human being and she does not belong in the role you have her working in. Put her in a role where people who need help wont have to depend on her. She refused to call a manager and refused to call security. If my phone was working I would have called you all myself or ordered my own ride. I am in disbelief at the way I was treated. I would never treat another human this way. The mall itself was really pretty. It has very nice stores. The support for tourist is terrible and there is no support from concierge, security or leadership on site nor when I returned to my hotel and I called the main number. The website indicates they close at 7pm daily but when I called the main number no one picked up. I literally had to walk up to random cars in the Taxi drop off area that were not taxis to ask if one was an uber. Neither were but one mexican national heard my story and was kind enough to drive me to my hotel. Im lucky as a Texan I have some spanish skills. If you have none do not come here. I was also lucky nothing unsafe happened to me. Beware before you come here or have a ride back planned. If you dont your likely safer not coming until they fix this.

Gorgeous shopping mall with set prices and good selection of name brand stores and activities for all ages and price ranges. This mall has the 2nd largest Ferris Wheel in Latin America, and the only aquarium in Cancun! (Prices are extremely reasonable, i think $25 for a pass into the aquarium...) Not here with the kiddos? You can get your hair (and/or beard) braided, stroll hand in hand enjoying the beautiful canals, or just relax with a Starbucks coffee or some tacos y cerveza. The bathrooms are all clean and well maintained, but a few don't have toilet seats which surprises a lot of women...lol! ***Note: the excursion/timeshare vendors are as relentless as any merchant you will find in Mercado 28, and are located all throughout the mall. They are just doing their job, so be prepared and expect some of them to follow you around to get your business. While it can be exhausting, they are harmless and mostly respectful! 🤔 ***Note 2: 99% of them are truly nice, genuinely friendly, speak fluent English and will help you find whatever you need if you ask. (There's always a couple of aggressive ones that will cuss at you in Spanish though ... 😅) This is definitely a great place to stop and find some unique Mexican trinkets or normal American goods - they have whatever you are looking for!

Odd mall. Some parts are beautiful and trendy. There is a new section and an old section and a luxury section. There are different maps for each section. Outdoor air mall for the most part. We drove & parked in a ramp for 20 pesos. The ramp took us to one area of the mall, you have to walk around to get to the other parts. We got a deal on some tshirts and other touristy items. My daughter was followed around by a shop attenant who only wanted to hold her items. (i think) Many stores were not open/ boarded up and closed. I'm american & when i asked for directions to the Lego store, she told me 'in the new part.' To find the new part you travel up an escalator, down a long hallway and you end up at the 2nd level of the 'new area.' Bathrooms were clean and modern. In a dark parking area though. Not the place to go for nike/adidas. Higher prices than what you find in US stores. $45 for a simple nike tank top and $100 for a basic nike hoodie. We can get that stuff at home and not have to haul it through the airport. This is a better, cleaner shopping experience for souvenirs than Mercado 28 though. They have food too, but we had food included at the resort. The luxury shops had armed guards along with shop attendants decked out in their luxury garb. We just walked by.

Didn’t get a chance to walk the whole mall but it was nice. I’ll start with the good. We first had the fish pedicures with a short foot massage, which was so much fun! Burgers, Philly cheesesteak, and fries were tasty from the burger joint (can’t remember name). Bathrooms were clean. Worst part- we got conned into going to a timeshare. The guys with the pirate ship- STAY AWAY!! For $20 each They said we would see a 30 min presentation with breakfast included, ride ferry to island for fun and sightseeing, golf carts included, lunch, and we could catch the ferry when we were ready to come back. LONG STORY SHORT, we were stuck at the “presentation” for 3 hours with persistent sales reps to purchase a timeshare with a new Mexican resort. While it was stunning, we told them from the beginning we weren’t interested nor prepared to pay anything. Paloma was our guide and was pleasant at first, became annoying, nosy and rude. She threatened that she didn’t have to give us our ferry tickets and we lost it! By the end of it we went back to our hotel and avoided the island, lunch, and golf carts as promised. What a waste!! Avoid these guys outdoors at the mall with the pirate ship!!!

A lovely place to visit in the hotel zone, this mall is believed to be the largest in the area. Alongside the mall, you’ll find attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not, an aquarium, and dolphin swim experiences. There’s a variety of food and drink options, including restaurants. Taxis are easily accessible, and you can even hire a golf cart to ride around just outside the shopping village. The mall itself resembles a small Venice, complete with canals and small bridges. It boasts countless shops catering to both wealthier and budget-conscious customers. Inside, you’ll discover several restaurants, a Starbucks, a cinema, an ice cream parlor, and even a bench for snapping a nice photo. Overall, it’s a pretty good mall. Just be cautious of scammers selling excursions—they may appear friendly but could try to take advantage of you. Online rates tend to be better than what they offer in person.
