Corona Hotel & Spa — Attraction in Ensenada

I stayed at the Hotel Corona for almost 2 weeks, during my time was very impressed with the quality of the room, the staff and the hotel's facilities. We had a modern room with a beautiful walk-in shower. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, for example, the front desk staff were attentive and professional. I had to make an international phone call and the staff let me make it on their landline and persevered when I had trouble making the call due to international codes. I was even allowed to store items in the restaurant fridge. Honestly, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay satisfying and to keep the hotel clean and tidy. I also found room service really attentive. Now on to the hotel bar, this was a pleasant place to get my drinks for the pool from despite the fact I was almost charged for bottled water, despite the reception providing bottles free of charge! ||Overall, if I was in Ensenada again I would definitely choose the...

The hotel is in a goog location. It is 1 block away from the cruises ship port. It is about 5 blocks away from the local commerce. All clerks in the reception speak English fluently. They are friendly and attentive. The first night, we were in room 306. It was in the corner with the main road. There was too much noise from the road. The next morning, I asked to change it, and they promptly gave me a different room. The room is large, with A/c & heater and a nice new TV 55" with YouTube and Netflix connection. The linens were clean, smelling good. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked perfectly. The water is kind of salty. I didn't notice any bad smell in that. Enjoyed everything at this location. The breakfast was great. The view was nice. Internet was good. But the only big issue that bothered me was the water in the faucets and shower. The water had an odd smell that really had me taking a fast shower. 😳 And I definitely didn't use the faucet water to brush my teeth. Only used bottled water for that. The beds were pretty comfy as well, and the sheets were pretty clean. A+ across the board except for the water thing. But you have to remember that this is Mexico 🇲🇽 and water isn't the same as where we are from. Just take quick showers, and you'll be fine. The people were awesome there, too.
