Isla Mujeres is a regular destination for us and as soon as we land in Cancun we make plans to ferry out there as soon as possible. After multiple visits I finally decided to explore the churches instead of the usual sites and activities. What a great decision. The Capilla de Guadalupe situated on a small hill doesn't impress from the outside.Simple structure and arquitecture. After all we are talking about a chapel, but once you walk through those main doors, prepare to be in awe of it's simple beauty, serenity and enviable geographical location. Personally would give anything to be able to call a place like this my home church.
