Paradise Village was awesome! The staff is super friendly and so very helpful. We didn't want or need for anything while there. It was shocking to see the amount of staff they had working every day. Someone was always within reach to help.
The resort is very well kept. They definitely take pride in their resort. Everything was clean and organized from the restaurants to the beach area and pools. The food was also good. Many options to choose from, plenty of food in the buffet and very little wait times.
Resort also felt safe. They have staff at the entrance and you have to provide your room number and name to get in/out. They don't let just any and everyone in. They also arrange taxis for you so you feel secure knowing you're not just leaving the grounds with just anyone. I recommend Amstar for transportation to and from resort/airport.
The rooms are clean but could use some updating, but all in all were good.
Only down fall is we were given the wrong room at Check in and had to stay the first night in a room with 2 little beds. The staff fixed it the following morning when we let them know and put us Ina new roo. Woth a king bed!
Overall very happy with the experience! Will be bringing my kids and grandson...
Read moreThis "mini mall" is located across, & next to several hotels in the area & is w/in walking distance. There is a quite secure Citibank-affiliated(I believe) ATM & bank just outside of the Mall (I wish I would have known earlier b4 getting charged a much higher atm fee at the atm in the hotel!) Inside the mall is a very well stocked market/pharmacy/liquor store - & their prices are reasonable. When I was there about 4 weeks ago the market would not accept dollars but did take VISA. If interested, inside the mall is an easy-to-use, simple, inexpensive LAUNDROMAT (I did a small load for 40 pesos, & 40 pesos for the dryer - basically 4 dollars and I was in and out in just a little over an hour). It was so nice to have this Mall so close - Google it if you're considering visiting Puerto Vallarta, & stay in one of the nearby hotels. P.S. at this Mall are also a Starbucks, McDonald's, Dominos & Subway...if you're...
Read moreBasic mini mall. A bit boring. Servicing Gringolandia Under occupied storefronts with about 50 % occupancy in FEBRUARY 2022. There are few fast food restaurants ( McDonald's, dominos pizza , Subway. Also a few more upscale sit-down eateries as well. A laundry service with a few do it yourself machines is tucked into the Southwest corner Sunrise market is the anchor tenant here. ( See my separate review ) A tequila and cigar shop is right by the front door . There is a US Consular office in the NW corner according to the signage. Touristy chotski and geegaw purveyors, a couple of jewelry outlets , a few clothing stores and some kiosks round out the...
