Coffeeshop "De Kade" — Attraction in Amsterdam

Recently started to actually enjoy smoking after 10+ years of incidentally trying and not feeling a thing. However, that does mean that I’ve never really learned anything about the do’s and don’ts when it comes to coffeeshops/buying, which is why I love this place so much. Never once have I been made to feel weird after walking in and asking for “I don’t know, I guess something that tastes a bit fruity and that makes me more happy than tired because I’m already tired enough as is, oh and how much do I need?” - instead, I got stellar advice and some jokes here and there. Short Review: Absolutely positively ballin coffeeshop with affordable quality bud, nice vibes and amazing service! A must visit!

Long Review: I’ve been to a lot, and if not all most notable coffeeshops around the whole of the Netherlands; but I have never experienced a coffeeshop like the Kade. Their hospitality and knowledge about their bud is toptier, and that in combination with appreciation of regular costumers just makes it the #1 coffeeshop of the Netherlands for me. Their menu is also very consistent in quality and types of strains. And they are happy with to help whenever I’m in doubt about what to pick, so in that regard also a very beginner friendly coffeeshop.

I’ve been returning to this place for a few years, witnessed the growth of their products quality as well as growth in spirit for the customer service, and the community itself. It’s a place where anyone easily feels like at home, and always really welcomed with a smile and respect. To top it off, they sell and serve the best Brazilian coffee beans in town for a very reasonable price. For a coffee addict pothead like me, this is the best place. They run standup comedy shows, and once a month an evening for all the vaporizing and concentrates enthusiasts.
